“We’ve been with North Star Systems since its inception as one of the first adopters of Tattle Systems. Tattle Systems completely changed the way we do business with anhydrous ammonia.

Tattle Systems is a tank monitoring system that we use to monitor our anhydrous ammonia tanks. I can see how full those tanks are and how much product is moving through the tank, wherever that tank is located.

The onus isn’t so much on our customer now to get a hold of us when they need product. Although they have the app on their phones to monitor their tanks, Blair’s can get one step ahead ready to top them up before they know it.  The onus is on Blair’s to monitor their tank by utilizing Tattle Systems.

It has completely changed everything as far as our dispatching goes. I can plan my dispatching around what percentage those tanks are at and determine when that customer is going to need a fill. It also has mapping functionality, so, I can send one of my drivers directly out to that tank knowing exactly where it is. Before Tattle Systems, everything was done manually where names, locations and times of fills took place and listed on a white board. Now, I can see all of that on either my computer or my phone in real time.

Farmers are looking for innovative ways to find help and to do as much as they can through automation. When you embrace technology, you realize how useful and impactful it can be to improve the way you do business. Tattle Systems have made things way easier.  I wouldn’t be able to work without it now. “
